If Cohort 1 fills only 3 of 6 spots — we run it with 3. Better to deliver brilliantly to three Perth suppliers than to over-promise to six. Spots remaining are published every Monday during the 5-week enrolment window. The day we hit 6, we close enrolment publicly and stop selling.

Why a cohort instead of just signing up?
Configuration is hands-on. Each setup takes me about three weeks of dedicated time — workflows, integrations, sample-data review, training your admin team. Six suppliers per quarter is what I can deliver well. After Cohort 1, the next enrolment window opens mid-September for Cohort 2.
What happens if Cohort 1 doesn't fill all 6 spots?
Honest reset. If we land at 3 or 4, we run with 3 or 4 — better to deliver brilliantly to a smaller group than over-promise to six. We don't fake-close. Spots remaining are published weekly during the enrolment window.
Can I just start a free trial without joining the cohort?
Yes. The 30-day free trial at app.drilledger.com.au/signup is always open and doesn't require cohort enrolment. The cohort gets you hands-on configuration + 20% off — without it, you self-configure or wait for the next cohort.
What size operation is Cohort 1 built for?
Perth mining service suppliers, $10M-$50M revenue, 30-200 staff. Drilling, labour-hire, fabrication, hydraulics, transport, mechanical services, equipment hire. If you sell into BHP, Rio, FMG, Roy Hill, MinRes — you're probably the right size. If you ARE BHP/Rio/etc., this isn't for you (we'll say so).
What does the application look like? Is there a screening call?

The call is 20 minutes: which agents matter most, current admin pain, integrations needed. If you're not a fit, I'll tell you on that call.
What if my biggest pain isn't FIFO mobilisation?
FIFO is Agent #1 because that's what most Cohort 1 outbound is built around (Mobilisation Administrator Seek leads). But the cohort gives you all 17 agents — start with whichever one solves your biggest pain and we'll layer in the rest across the quarter.
