FIFO Mobilisation Officer

Pilbara Resourcing is hiring a FIFO Mobilisation Officer to run the entire candidate-to-site pipeline: pre-employment medicals, site inductions, flight and accommodation bookings across BHP, Rio Tinto, FMG and Roy Hill rosters, and the gate-ready paperwork that keeps workers from getting turned around at the airport.

You'll work from the Perth office with regular site visits to the Pilbara. Strong admin, comfortable with mining compliance systems, and able to manage 10 to 20 candidates in flight at any one time.
