Mining Excavator Operator (200t-class, FIFO)
For Tier-1 iron-ore producer
Pilbara Resourcing is shortlisting Mining Excavator Operators for an immediate-start contract on a Tier-1 iron-ore site. You'll run 200-tonne-class hydraulic excavators (Hitachi EX2600, Liebherr R9400, CAT 6020/6030) on 24-hour load-and-haul digging — bench compliance, dig-plan adherence, and crew cohesion as the day-to-day rhythm. 8/6 FIFO out of Perth, Karratha or Port Hedland point of hire. Camp accommodation, all flights and meals provided. Rotations between grade-control digs and ROM-stockpile feed. We screen first by voice (about 8 minutes) or text — your choice — so you're not stuck typing 12 questions on a phone after a 12-hour shift. Top candidates speak with the recruiter Monday.
FIFO Mobilisation Officer
For BHP, Rio Tinto, FMG, Roy Hill
Pilbara Resourcing is hiring a FIFO Mobilisation Officer to run the entire candidate-to-site pipeline: pre-employment medicals, site inductions, flight and accommodation bookings across BHP, Rio Tinto, FMG and Roy Hill rosters, and the gate-ready paperwork that keeps workers from getting turned around at the airport. You'll work from the Perth office with regular site visits to the Pilbara. Strong admin, comfortable with mining compliance systems, and able to manage 10 to 20 candidates in flight at any one time.
